Withdrawal
One term’s notice in writing is required in the event of withdrawal of a pupil. Provisional notice may be given and then cancelled if your plans change.
Progress Reports
Interim progress reports are issued in the first and third terms. Full reports are issued in the second and fourth terms. An opportunity to meet with the teachers to discuss progress will take place during the second term. Individual teachers will request parent meetings as required during the year. Regular EST (Educator Support Team) meetings will be held with parents at the request of the teaching and learning support staff.
Parents are requested not to initiate impromptu meetings with teachers at school functions to discuss academic issues regarding their child. Please phone and make an appointment to see the staff member concerned. Every effort will be made to meet with you at a time that is convenient for both parties.
Teaching time should also not be interrupted for these discussions to take place.
